Process

From profile to departure — 5 steps

Clear guidance at every step, no false promises. You will only ever be told what the employer has confirmed.

1

Profile Check

We assess your eligibility on age, experience, passport and sector — and suggest the right country for you.

2

Documents Ready

Passport, experience proof, PCC and medical preparation — verified document by document, against a clear checklist.

3

Selection

Employer interview or trade test. If shortlisted, every condition of the offer letter is explained to you clearly.

4

Visa Process

Work visa/permit filing, attestation and tickets — with status updates at every stage.

5

Departure

Pre-departure briefing: what to carry, the airport process, and everything essential for your first week there.

One thing, stated plainly: Going on a visit visa to look for work is illegal and risky — we work only through proper work-visa / work-permit processes, even if they take a little longer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?

For the Gulf, typically 4–10 weeks after selection; European work permits can take 3–6 months. The exact timeline depends on the country, the employer and how ready your documents are — we never make false promises about fixed dates.

Can a fresher (without experience) go?

Yes, in some categories — freshers do get selected for general helper, warehouse, food production and facility roles. For skilled trades (electrician, welder, technician), having experience or an ITI certificate makes selection much easier.

Can I go on a visit visa and find a job there?

No. Working on a visit/tourist visa is illegal — if caught, you face deportation and a ban, and your money goes down the drain. The only right route is a work visa or work permit.

I don’t know English — do I still stand a chance?

Basic English is enough for many construction and helper roles in the Gulf. For Europe, conversational English helps a great deal in selection. Choose your level in the eligibility checker to see your result.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the country, visa type and the employer’s policy — some employers bear part of the costs themselves. Before the process begins, you receive the full cost breakdown in plain words, so there are no hidden surprises.
